SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on GaneshCart are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public national holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery Across India: Estimated delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery pin code and location.

  • Remote or tier-3 locations may take slightly longer depending on local courier coverage.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

  • We occasionally offer promotional Free Shipping on eligible products or minimum cart values across select categories.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp containing your Courier Partner and AWB Tracking Number.

  • You can use this link to track your parcel in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Non-Delivery & Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your full shipping address, landmark, and 10-digit mobile number are accurate during checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unreachability after multiple delivery attempts, our customer care team will reach out to reschedule delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Every product is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before dispatch to ensure quality upon arrival.

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo/video before opening and contact our support team immediately.
